Letterman's apology was as fake as Palin's never-ending smile during her GOP speech.
4) Do not use illicit drugs. I'm not talking about medical marijuana benefits, although that might be a factor in whether you would be accepted by a new pain doctor (and also maybe why you have fired in the first place). I am talking about heroin, cocaine, dig this ecstasy, etc.. Understand? Your new pain doctor will be drug as is the norm these days, testing you. It would be the doctor to pop positive for these substances on the visit and a waste of your time.
